Inter HECS wants to start the year with a photo contest! The theme is „My winter semester in Bulgaria“! All international students in Bulgaria are welcome to participate in the competition by sending a photo to [email protected] with their name and the University they attend. You can also include a brief caption (up to 100 characters). What do we expect? It is not mandatory you send us a „winter fairy tale“ picture – share with us something fun you have done over the last few months, the great friendships you have made, how you liked the Christmas markets in Bulgaria or a picture during the exam session struggle – it is entirely up to you!

The pictures will be uploaded on our Facebook page „Inter HECS – Study in Bulgaria„! The person who gets the most likes will win a 100 EUR Ryanair voucher! The winner of the second prize (50 EUR Ryanair voucher) will be chosen from a random draw of all entries (we will record a video)! You and your friends can vote until 15th February, 11:59 AM GMT + 2 (Bulgarian local time). The winners will be announced on our Facebook page and contacted via Facebook message and email.

Contest Rules:

1. Inter HECS’ photo contest is run by Inter HECS Ltd., a student recruitment agency based in Sofia, Bulgaria.

2. The Inter HECS’ contest is open to students currently enrolled in a Bulgarian university.

3. Each person can submit only one photo illustrating their life and/or studies in Bulgaria. Collages are not acceptable. The photo must be sent to [email protected] with the name of the participant and the name of the Bulgarian university he or she is currently enrolled in. It may include a caption with up to 100 characters. The photo must be (have been) taken between 15th September 2017 and 14th February 2018.

4. All work submitted must be an original work. We will accept photos taken by you or photos of you. If you submit a photo of you taken by someone else, you MUST have their consent to use the picture that you submit.

5. No purchase of an Inter HECS’ package is necessary to enter the Inter HECS’ Facebook Photo Contest.

6. We reserve the right to reject any photos which we, in our sole and absolute discretion, deem offensive, violative of law or unsuitable in any other manner. Examples of the photos we will reject include the following: pornographic or nude images, images promoting illegal drug use, images depicting crimes of any nature, etc.

7. All photos submitted that abide by the above rules will be uploaded on the Facebook page “Inter HECS – Study in Bulgaria”.

8. The first winner of the contest will be the one whose photo got the most Votes (“Likes”) on our Facebook page „Inter HECS – Study in Bulgaria“ („Likes“ on shares do not count). He/ She will be chosen on February 15 2018, 12 PM GMT + 2 (Bulgarian local time). His/her prize is 100 EUR Ryanair voucher. The second winner will be chosen from a random draw of all entries (excluding the winner of the first prize). His/her prize is 50 EUR Ryanair voucher. Both winners will be contacted via Facebook message and email.

9. Inter HECS’ photo contest begins on Thursday, January 4, 9 AM GMT + 2 (Bulgarian local time), 2018 and ends on February 15, 12 PM GMT + 2 (Bulgarian local time), 2018. All photo entries must be submitted before February 14, 9 PM GMT + 2 (Bulgarian local time), 2018.

10. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older to enter the contest. Employees of Inter HECS and its affiliates, and their immediate family members, are not eligible.

11. By entering the contest you subject yourself to the contest rules. By submitting a photo to the contest, you are deemed to have reviewed, read and accepted them.

12. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

13. Inter HECS reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify all entries from any person, and prohibit that person’s further participation in this competition, who tampers with, or benefits from any tampering with, the entry process or the operation of the competition, acts in violation of these terms and conditions, acts in a disruptive manner, or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

14. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You are providing your information to Inter HECS Ltd. and not to Facebook. The information you provide will be used for this competition only and will not be shared with any other party.
