Contest Rules:
Inter HECS’ photo contest is run by Study in Bulgaria Ltd., a student recruitment agency based in Sofia, Bulgaria.
The Inter HECS’ contest is open to students currently enrolled in a Bulgarian university.
Each person can submit only one photo illustrating their life and/or studies in Bulgaria. Collages are not acceptable. Filters are acceptable. The photo must be sent to [email protected] with the name of the participant and the name of the Bulgarian university he or she is currently enrolled in. It may include a caption with up to 100 characters.
All work submitted must be an original work. We will accept photos taken by you or photos of you. If you submit a photo of you taken by someone else, you MUST have their consent to use the picture that you submit. If there is another person on the photo, you MUST have their consent to use the photo for our Instagram contest and to be published on our Instagram page.
No purchase of an Inter HECS’ package is necessary to enter the Inter HECS’ Photo Contest.
We reserve the right to reject any photos which we, in our sole and absolute discretion, deem offensive, violative of law or unsuitable in any other manner. Examples of the photos we will reject include the following: pornographic or nude images, images promoting illegal drug use, images depicting crimes of any nature, etc.
The first winner of the contest will be the one whose photo got the most Votes (“Likes”) on our Instagram page @interhecs. He/ She will be chosen on 12 December, 11 AM (Bulgarian local time) 2019. His/her prize is 50 EUR Ryanair/Wizzair voucher. The second prize is also 25 EUR Ryanair/WizzAir voucher and goes to a person randomly chosen from all other entries. All winners will be contacted via email or Instagram.
Inter HECS’ photo contest begins on Wednesday, 20 November 2019, 9 AM (Bulgarian local time) and ends on 12 December 2019, 11 AM (Bulgarian local time). All photo entries must be submitted before 11 December 2019.
Entrants must be 18 years of age or older to enter the contest. Employees of Study in Bulgaria Ltd. and its affiliates, and their immediate family members, are not eligible.
By entering the contest you subject yourself to the contest rules. By submitting a photo to the contest, you are deemed to have reviewed, read and accepted them.
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
Inter HECS reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify all entries from any person, and prohibit that person’s further participation in this competition, who tampers with, or benefits from any tampering with, the entry process or the operation of the competition, acts in violation of these terms and conditions, acting in a disruptive manner, or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. You are providing your information to Inter HECS Ltd. and not to Instagram. The information you provide will be used for this competition only and will not be shared with any other party.
