Inter HECS representatives are currently abroad in India – not only to expand our network, but also to represent several Bulgarian universities at the European Higher Education Fair and Conference in New Delhi. The event gathers management staff of the most prestigious universities in Europe as well as students who wish to find a suitable Bachelor, Master programme or even a PhD.
