Welcome to the new initiative of Inter HECS – Study in Bulgaria: Students who celebrate their birthday will get something for free during the week of their birthday in Bulgaria. And the birthday initiative is valid ALL YEAR ROUND, so don’t worry if your birthday is not around the corner!
