Medical University of Plovdiv has announced on their website the following: 

Calculation of the score for participation in the rating procedure:
– Secondary Education Diploma Grades in Biology and Chemistry reduced to the six-scale grading system;
– Grades from the entrance examinations in Biology and Chemistry multiplied by two;
– Maximum score: 36

End date for participation in the rating procedure: 13 September 2017.
 

This means that all candidates will participate in the rankings of the University on the 13th of September. So even if you pass the test and have good results, you have a chance not to be qualified for a place at all as each Bulgarian University has announced limited places because of the increased interest in medical specialties in English. On the other side, the rector of Medical University of Plovdiv has guaranteed 170 fully reserved places for Inter HECS’ students – hence, if you apply with us, your place is fully secured because you will not participate in the rankings of the University.
